A fixture in the Youngstown community since 1964, Park Center Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. The center has recently undergone several renovations to offer specialized rehabilitation suites as well as private rooms. The facility is proud to provide a transitional care unit, two long-term care units, and a secured memory care neighborhood. Park Center has become known throughout the community for its rehabilitative therapy programs as well as its dedicated and caring staff who are well-acquainted with residents and their families.
